First Nation, Metis and Inuit Strategic Housing Framework
Survey for Individuals
You are invited by the Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO), the Ontario Federation of Indian Friendship centers (OFIFC) and the Ontario Native Women’s Association (ONWA) to participate in a survey about off-reserve/urban and rural First Nation, Métis and Inuit housing in Ontario. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate or have parental/guardian consent.
Your participation involves approximately 10 minutes of your time to complete a survey about your current housing situation and specific housing needs.
This survey is part of a provincial First Nation, Métis and Inuit housing engagement process led by the MNO, OFIFC, and ONWA. Information gathered throughout this provincial First Nation, Métis and Inuit housing engagement process and collective results of this survey will be used by the MNO, OFIFC, and ONWA in the development of an Ontario Off-Reserve First Nation, Métis and Inuit Housing Strategic Framework.
This survey is anonymous. Please do not put your name or any identifying information on this survey. Only group findings will be reported (aggregate form). No response will be connected with any individual participant. Only MNO, OFIFC, and ONWA housing policy staff will have access to the completed surveys for the purposes of analysis. Completed surveys will be destroyed once the final draft of the Off-Reserve First Nation, Métis and Inuit Housing Strategic Framework is completed.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary. If you choose to participate, you may skip any question on the survey. You may also choose to withdraw from the survey at any time and your decision will in no way affect the services that you receive from the MNO, ONWA, and OFIFC.
