We appreciate your participation in this survey, which seeks to benchmark unique strengths and critical gaps in joint venture deal-making across industries and geographies. All participants will receive the final report, which will include survey results as well as commentary on the innovative practices and terms that companies are using to address critical gaps in negotiating and structuring JVs.

All survey responses will be treated with complete confidentiality. No responses will be attributed to any individual. Information will only be shared in its summarized / synthesized form.

HOW TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY

If you need to interrupt the survey, click on the “Exit” tab at the upper right hand corner. To resume from where you left off, reopen the original link provided in the invitation mail.
