4. Does Sinton ISD take referrals and assess for identification at least once a year?
5. Are nominations taken for all grade levels K-12?
6. Does Sinton ISD make accommodations for non-English speaking students when testing?
7. Does Sinton ISD use at least three (3) criteria in the assessment process?
