Thank you for your interest in our upcoming GENERIC BUPRENORPHINE / NALOXONE study with Plaza Research. We are looking nationwide for males and females, ages 18+, to participate. Please note, the Phoenix office will call you in reference to this study.
This study consists of an individual phone interview that will last approximately 15-minutes. There are various times for the interviews to take place from April, 2nd through April 10th, 2013. The honorarium is a $25.00 Target, McDonald's or Dunkin Donuts Gift Card plus $5 additional dollars for a required picture of your prescription bottle prior to the interview. The gift card will be mailed to you at the completion of the study.
