eHealth Initiative (eHI) is a non-profit multi-stakeholder organization seeking to understand and advance the use of technology to improve the quality, efficiency and safety of healthcare. The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) is an executive organization dedicated to serving chief information officers and other senior healthcare IT leaders by exchanging best practices, addressing professional development needs, and advocating the effective use of information management to improve health and healthcare in the communities they serve.
In association with CHIME, eHI is conducting a survey on health data and analytics to identify the ways in which both are utilized by healthcare organizations to improve quality outcomes, reduce cost and increase efficiency in medical settings.
This survey is expected to take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. All responses will be kept confidential and results will be aggregated to avoid identification of any specific organization.
Please answer all questions to the best of your knowledge. After each response, you will automatically be taken to the next question until the survey is completed. If you have any specific questions about the survey, please contact Jason Goldwater, Vice President of Programs and Research at eHealth Initiative via email or phone at 202-624-3283.
Thank you for your participation.
