Purpose
Ergometrics is contracted by the State of Kansas Board of Cosmetology to provide licensing exams. An important part of the exam creation process is to identify and document important aspects of the job. We are seeking your input as an experienced practitioner or instructor to know how important and how often you perform different job tasks and services, and what you have to know in order to satisfactorily perform these jobs.
The information you provide will be used in documenting the validity of proposed new certification procedures. The information will be used for research purposes only. Since we already have a lot of information regarding these jobs, we have condensed the survey to only a smaller number of important ratings. This survey should only take 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
