2013 CSCS Speaker & Sponsor Survey

Thank you for your interest in being a speaker or sponsor at one of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries' (CSCS') 2013 professional development opportunities. CSCS offers its members and non-members professional development through breakfast workshops, lunch & learns and networking events as well as our annual Corporate Governance Conference. The 2013 conference will be held August 18 - 21 in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Please carefully complete the following survey. By submitting this survey it is understood that you have read the requirements and commitments, as outlined in the Proposal Guidelines, and agree to these guidelines and conditions if your proposal is selected for a CSCS event in 2013.

All speakers must be prepared to present their information and content in an educational manner, with no reference to commercial endeavours or self-promotion. Service or product providers interested in participating must present in case study format, and have a client representative present to share in the delivery.

CSCS will only be contacting those submitting an accepted proposal. The selection process should be completed by February 28, 2013. Any questions, regarding this survey or the selection process, should be directed to Pamela Smith (T: 416-921-5449 x 303 • 1-800-774-2850 x 303 | E: pamela.smith@cscs.org)
