Thank you for your continued support of the Sutter Buttes Regional Land Trust. The organization was founded in 1989 as the Middle Mountain Foundation with the purpose of working to protect the land and natural resources of the Sutter Buttes and the surrounding region for present and future generations. Today as a land trust, our mission hasn't changed that much, however, our organizational structure must continue to grow and expand to serve the region's broader audience.

During the course of our 25 year history, you may have hiked and/or volunteered with us in some capacity. We are interested in how we have done so far, but also want to hear from you what improvements we can make for the future.

We appreciate your time in participating in this important survey. Thank you!
