The following questionnaire is designed for potential uses of the new Expo Center. Its purpose is to gauge the potential usage of the facilities as proposed. VenuWorks has been hired by the City of Gonzales, TX to conduct a feasibility study that will include a business plan and pro-forma budget for the Expo Center to be built at J.B. Wells Park. In developing the pro forma budget component of the business plan, it is important to research current events and potential events that could become part of the Expo Center’s Event Matrix. If you currently host events in the Gonzales area or would be interested in doing so, please answer the following questions with regard to the space requirements and venue amenities that would be necessary to secure your event(s) at the Expo Center.
Please take a few minutes to answer the questions for each event your organization hosts. A “Comments” field has been included if you wish to provide additional event details. At the end of the survey, remember to click “Done” to submit your responses. If you host more than one event, please complete a survey for each event. Also, please feel free to forward the survey link to others you know that may have an interest in hosting events at the new Expo Center.
Your response will be used only for purposes of this study and we are not seeking any commitment from you for specific events.

• Expo Hall for tradeshows, meetings, entertainment and events,
• Seven meeting rooms that can be combined into a large ballroom
• A classroom / auditorium
• Kitchen
• Dressing rooms and other “back of the house” operations
• Lobby and receptions areas
• Offices
