Inclusive Cycling Survey

This survey is to help Trailnet CIC and our partners gauge the need for specialist cycling sessions for people with conditions that make access to bike riding problematic.

Our Inclusive Cycling sessions provide the equipment and assistance to enable adults and children with a range of disabilities to ride two or three wheel bikes in a safe, supportive environment.

Some examples of inclusive cycling sessions are:

- Individual or group trike rides for people with balance or co-ordination problems
- Group bike or trike rides for children from special needs schools
- Small group rides for those recovering from mental illness who wish to regain confidence through becoming independently mobile
- Use of specialist equipment such as hand-cranked bikes
- Access to bikes with carriers such that those with more serious mobility problems can be taken for a ride by able-bodied carers

Whatever is currently stopping you, a friend, family member or another person you care for from enjoying cycling, we would love to try to help you overcome these obstacles and join us on a ride.

By completing this survey, you will help us understand the demand for inclusive cycling, the specific needs of those who would like to take part and their preferences for session days and times.

Thank you very much for your participation.
