The MoDOT Diversity and Inclusion Council serves as a forum for advancing the goal of achieving a diverse, inclusive, engaged and productive workforce and an equitable business environment. The Chief Financial Officer is Executive Sponsor of the Council.

We are seeking employees who are interested in serving on the Council. Some of the preferred qualities include:

• People who aren’t necessarily proficient in diversity and inclusion ideas, theories, content and process – but who are enthusiastic about learning.
