What problems do people and communities face and are the right services supplied to address them, or are there any areas of unmet need? If you are an organisation working in a local community or with service users, we would appreciate it if you could give your appraisal of the situation by responding to the questions below. Please note: We are interested in your views from the perspective of your own organisation, but also in observations on the impact of cuts more generally.
