ICCC Community Needs Assessment |
Inter-County Community Council (ICCC) is completing a Community Assessment, which involves asking questions about the needs of people in our service area. ICCC serves Clearwater, Pennington, eastern Polk and Red Lake counties.
As a Community Action Agency, every 3 years we must ask the people who live in our service area about issues like childcare, education, housing, employment and healthcare. The information we collect will help ICCC plan and provide services to meet these needs. The survey is anonymous—we do not collect names of those that complete our survey. Please take a few minutes to answer some questions.
The survey is divided into 10 topics, with a set of questions for each. Please answer each question based on what’s happening in your household now. Please do not answer for people who do not live with you.
