Homeless Locations Survey

Thank you for your willingness to complete this survey! This survey is an opportunity for Riverside County's Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) Adult Services Homeless Program Team to identify the locations where homeless individuals live and/or congregate. By completing this 5 minute survey you will play an important role in determining the geographic focus of the upcoming Point-In-Time (PIT) Homeless Count, on January 26, 2016.
