The purpose of this survey from the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM) is to help us better understand the leadership and management aspects of the variety of roles and responsibilities GPs undertake, and to hear your views on the support and resources you need to succeed and thrive as leaders.
The results of this survey and consultation will help FMLM to develop a range of GP-specific leadership and management resources and services, as well as provide better communication and networking opportunities for GPs and their non-GP colleagues to share their learning, ideas and challenges.
This survey will only take around 10 minutes of your time.
It will close on 15 September 2013 and the results will be presented and debated at the FMLM annual conference taking place on 15-16 October.
