Enhancement of Head Start and Medical Home Collaboration

As the administrative lead for the Head Start National Center on Health, the AAP is committed to enhancing collaboration between the medical home and Head Start/Early Head Start programs. The first step in that process is understanding what type of collaboration is currently occurring.
