During a previous Provincial Human Services and Justice Coordinating Committee meeting, the members discussed the importance of determining how much time those on the committee spend on activities related to their involvement with the local, regional and provincial HSJCCs. We would like to gather information from voting members and ex-officio partners of the committee to determine an estimate of in-kind time that is provided to the committee.
Please complete this brief survey by October 10th, 2014 to help us acquire this estimate in addition to the monetary value of your time spent on HSJCC related tasks. We'll share the results at the November 2014 meeting.
This survey will determine the amount of time voting members and ex-officio partners of the committee are spending on activities related to their HSJCC involvement. Government employees that represent an Ontario Ministry on the Provincial HSJCC will not be asked to complete this survey.
