Just a few quick details!
First of all thanks for taking the time to complete the survey.
It shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Although there are multi-choice questions for speed, we've also included some open-ended questions and text boxes as everyone's experiences and needs can be so different. We'd really appreciate you taking the time to tell us about yours. It's what will make the really interesting reading in the results.
We have asked for company name, but please be assured that this is just to make sure that we don't over represent the views of companies if there are multiple respondents. Company names will not be reported in the results and all the results published will of course be presented completely anonymously.
