Please aid us in better meeting our mission of providing training and succession planning assistance to NCSSSA members. We ask you to take a few minutes to answer this brief survey. Each individual who performs any State Social Security Administrator functions (for example, managerial, supervisory, clerical, or otherwise) are asked to complete this survey as each perspective is valuable for us to properly develop and enhance our training and succession planning program. Although we are asking for identifying information none of it will be shared outside of the Committee. The information will only be used to help us customize training programs and succession plans for different classifications of employees who work in this area as well as any different needs based on the department or office within each state where the Administrator function resides.

Please complete this survey by close of business on Friday, January 20, 2012. The results of this survey will help us prioritize NCSSSA members' training and succession planning needs for the immediate future, including what training will be offered prior to the annual conference in Scottsdale, Arizona (July 29 - August 1, 2012).
