Dear Advanced Course students,
Please complete this evaluation by November 30.
Within six weeks after you complete and submit this evaluation, Michele will e-mail you four documents (certificate of attendance, course syllabus, staff list, student list) you may need to apply for CLE credits. While she needs your name for CLE purposes, your responses will be anonymous when they are shared with TLC's staff and board of directors.
