As Salaam Alaikum. We pray that you had a wonderful Saviours' Day and are very interested in hearing your comments and suggestions via this survey. This survey is for individuals that attended the Convention, not for families. In other words, if you attended the Saviours' Day convention we want to hear your comments, no matter how old you are. We ask for your honesty and request that you answer a few questions. Your responses will, inshallah, help us prepare for a better Convention in the future.
