The International Centre for Guidance Studies (iCeGS) is undertaking a research project alongside the Royal Mail to assess the importance of writing and letter writing skills to business and organisations. The survey also assesses the extent to which young people possess the writing and letter writing skills needed by employers. By writing and letter writing skills we are referring to formal, typed communication addressed to, between and among businesses and organisations.
