Hire a Student Orientation Session Survey
Many care teams have hired students to help with Quality Improvement initiatives. Tasks such as cleaning up EMR data, reconciling the EMR Roster with MOHLTC, making sure chronic diseases and risk factors like smoking are coded in the appropriate problem lists etc.
Because there are many things involved in hiring a student that are somewhat different then hiring a regular employee AFHTO would like to offer members an opportunity to provide feedback on the development of an orientation session.
Purpose of the Survey
A student work term placement can be quite different from hiring a regular employee. However you still want to provide orientation for them. AFHTO may be able to support members by providing an overview session. To gauge interest in member participation and to understand what types of orientation session(s) are desired we’d like to hear what is needed.
Would you please complete this short survey by Friday April 10th, 2015 More details will be provided once we know your needs.
The survey will take approximately 5 minutes.
