Why this survey is taking place

The Employment Related Services Association is the representative body for the employment support sector. Established in 2005, it exists to help its members achieve their shared goal: to help people gain and sustain employment. This year ERSA celebrates its ten year anniversary.

This is the first State of the Sector survey commissioned by ERSA. It is open to all organisations delivering employment related services. You do not have to be an ERSA member to take part.

Our aim is twofold: first to gather information about the health and confidence of the sector and second, to gain feedback on key policy questions. Both will be used to inform ERSA’s future public policy activity, which is focused on ensuring a fair and effective policy environment for providers and jobseekers.

This survey should take approximately ten to fifteen minutes to complete. It is recommended that it is completed by a member of the senior management team working in an operational or business development role. Only one survey should be completed per organisation. The Survey will close on 27 March, 5pm.

You can save your survey and return to complete it another time. Where appropriate, data from uncompleted surveys will still be used.

All those who complete the survey and enter their details will be emailed a copy of the results.
