Invitation to take part in a survey
You are invited to be part of the Global Forum on MSM and HIV (MSMGF) Survey on HIV Prevention Strategies Targeting Gay Men and Men Who Have Sex with Men (MSM). We are asking you to participate because you are a gay man or a man who has engaged in sexual behavior with other men, or you are a service provider who works with gay men/MSM.
If you agree to be a part of this study, you will be asked questions about yourself and your opinions and beliefs. You will also be asked about HIV prevention strategies that you may or may not have heard about.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Risks
Some of the questions are personal in nature. However, no personal identifying information will be collected about you and the information you provide will remain anonymous.
Benefits
The information that you provide will be useful in helping policymakers, community leaders and health workers understand the HIV prevention needs of gay men/MSM around the world and develop programs to prevention HIV among gay men/MSM.

Privacy
All information that you provide in this survey will stay safe. No personally-identifying information will be obtained about you and no attempt will be made to determine your identity. When the results of the research are in print or talked about, no references to individuals/individual survey responses will be made.
