Hello! We are working with the Hilltop Action Coalition and the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department's Medical Reserve Corps to help the Hilltop community be prepared in case of a natural disaster. This survey is designed to gather information about needs that you or someone in your household may have if utilities or emergency services aren't available.
