Family Wellness Workshop Registration

The Family Wellness Workshop begins at 6:30 p.m. on January 8, 2015, in the High School Upper Cafeteria. Dr. Giovanni Piedimonte will give the opening keynote, titled "Trends in Childhood Obesity and its Link to Asthma and Diabetes."

Attendees will then be able to participate in one of three breakout sessions. Please select a breakout session and register for childcare if needed.
