How your feedback will be used
Carrier will use your feedback to monitor and improve our service in the future, primarily for 2016 and beyond. Your feedback will remain anonymous. Email addresses will be placed into a separate response hub for the purposes of drawing a prize – a Fortnum & Mason hamper worth £60.
From time to time we also ask partners to attend Focus Groups, to give your opinions in a group of people. If you would like to take part in our next focus group, please email agencysales@carrier.co.uk
