Head Start Data Systems Survey

The purpose of this survey is to assess Head Start/Early Head Start interest and experience with longitudinal data systems, as well as to think about future utilization of the Early Learning Management System (ELMS). This survey will also help determine how the Department of Early Learning and the Head Start State Collaboration Office can support Head Start/Early Head Start participation in the state longitudinal data warehouse system (P-20W), based on the feedback we receive. We encourage your ideas, thoughts and considerations in this effort!
