15 minute survey - Executive survey on Going Global "Lessons Learned"

We'd like to know "lessons learned" that you would like to share with other executives who are "going global". We will publish the summarized (and anonymous) results, make a presentation with a panel discussion at an upcoming Global HR Business News Conference and, in short, make sure that you get the benefit of a copy of the results .
