Distinguished Technology Leader

Description:

This award will be presented to a district in the region that has demonstrated leadership through implementation of innovative and effective uses of technology throughout the district.

Criteria:

All applications require material evidence to support the application. Examples of supplemental materials include: website, video, audio, etc.

Technology implementation must:

- be unique, effective and innovative
- have a direct impact on instruction
- have been assessed
- be sustainable
- have the ability to be a model for the region

Instructions:

1. All applications must be submitted online. No handwritten applications will be accepted. Hint: you may want to write the application in a word processing document and then copy and paste the text into the online application.

2. Supplemental information about the candidate and/or district (e.g. supporting materials) must accompany the application.
