What you will need to complete this application:
• Fifteen to twenty minutes to complete the application
• Name, email address and department website of your faculty adviser or mentor
• Unofficial transcript
• Curriculum Vitae or Resume
• Names of at least three IU faculty you would like to meet
Personal statement that includes past research project(s) or creative activity. Statement should be no more than 600-650 words.
• a faculty recommendation is strongly encouraged but not required. Please see the end of this survey for a link

Application Deadline: Friday, September 5th, 2014

Sponsors: Indiana University Graduate School and it's partners; College of Arts and Sciences, School of Education, School of Informatics and Computing, School of Public Health, and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Multicultural Affairs (DEMA)

The visit will include:
• Pre-arranged individual and group meetings with IU faculty
• Opportunity to sit in on classes in your discipline of interest
• Tours of departments and research facilities
• Sessions on preparing competitive applications for graduate admission and fellowships
• Formal and informal sessions with current graduate students to talk about degree programs and graduate student life at IU
• Tours of the local area

Note: this program is open to prospective students who are US citizens or US permanent resisdents will have completed their undergraduate degree prior to the 2015-16 academic year.
