The Taxonomy Division needs help with a number of tasks at the Annual Conference in Philadelphia in June 2016. If you can volunteer for any of these, please indicate which tasks you can do by June 3 so we can get everything organized.

There are four major categories of conference tasks:

1) Reporters
o tweet
o summarize sessions for Taxonomy Times.

2) Greeters at the open house on Monday night:
o welcome people at the door for a short shift (length determined by number of volunteers)
o tally the number of people who enter during your shift

3) Program Monitors:
These are needed for each session sponsored by the Taxonomy Division. The program committee will provide the necessary information for the session details. Duties include:
o Make sure AV in each room is as ordered
o Make sure sign outside room is correct and shows appropriate sponsor (if there is a sponsor)
o Count and report number of attendees
o Distribute and collect evaluation forms
o Contact somebody if anything related to the room itself needs to be dealt with, e.g. more chairs or a change in temperature

4) Photographers to:
o take pictures at programs
o take pictures at networking events
