Diocese of Georgia Congregation Survey

This short survey is designed to help the Diocese of Georgia create a brief set of information about all 70 congregations to introduce the churches to those who know nothing of them. In particular, this survey will fill in the events and ministries for which your church is known in its community.

An example of the level of detail for an answer is:
"St. Swithen's in the Swamp founded Feeding Swindon in 2005, which is an ecumenical soup kitchen serving food each Saturday. In 2011, 7 area churches took part and the ministry fed an average of 72 people each week."

Questions 4 and 5 are information gathering for our Legacy Society work which is to enable every congregation to benefit from planned giving by parishioners.
