The Vermont Department of Public Service is in the process of developing a Statewide Energy Code Compliance Plan as required by the state’s acceptance of ARRA/Stimulus funds and state statute. Vermont-based Energy Futures Group and Cx Associates have been retained to facilitate a stakeholder process and develop the Compliance Plan by the end of 2011. By participating in the attached survey you will help shape the Plan for Vermont to achieve at least 90 percent compliance with state energy codes by February 2017.

As a member of Vermont’s building design, construction, renovation, housing, finance and real estate community, we would like your input on how the State of Vermont should address and implement Energy Code compliance and enforcement. If you would take 10 minutes to complete this anonymous survey no later than Wednesday, November 16, 2011, it would be a tremendous help to this effort.

We have attempted to develop a comprehensive distribution list for this survey. If you are aware of someone who is an interested stakeholder and who did not receive the survey, please forward this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/GNXRBVF.

On behalf of the Vermont Department of Public Service, our team would like to thank you for your time and consideration.
