Why we'd like your input:

The WomenAgainstAlzheimer’s (WA2) Network recently launched the "Shadow Box Memory Project" at the Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington, DC. Leaders from around the country created shadow boxes honoring their loved ones with Alzheimer's disease. The project was deeply meaningful and uniting, illustrating the broad impact that Alzheimer's disease has on individuals, families, and our society at large. Our vision is for the Shadow Box Memory Project to gain national awareness and influence, similar to the AIDS Memorial Quilt which currently boasts an impressive 48,000 panels and a nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize.

We would like your help to explore whether or not the "Shadow Box Memory Project" could become a larger campaign to raise national or even global awareness about Alzheimer's disease and the need for greater investment in research and care.

Please answer these few questions to help us determine if caregivers, women and men like you, would like to become part of a national Shadow Box Memory Project. Thank you!
