This questionnaire seeks to add to DECC's evidence base on the factors that affect the deployment of renewable heat and the effect of tariff uncertainty on that deployment. The survey is anonymous so please complete it as freely and frankly as you can, we are keen to know more about what types of renewable heat projects go successfully to completion and the reasons why some projects do not go to completion.
Apart from the first page, all the questions can be skipped if you do not want to answer or have no comments. The questionnaire (hopefully) shouldn't take too long to complete.
