GoGreen '15 Seattle Volunteer Application

* 1. Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering for the GoGreen Seattle 2015 Conference. As a volunteer, you will receive a discounted admission equaling $25. Please be prepared to volunteer for 1 volunteer shifts between 4-6 hours on April 30th, 2015. We typically need help in the following areas:

- Registration Assistant | Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference. Assisting with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees, general registration, badge printing, speaker check in, setup/breakdown, etc.

- Directing Attendees & Breakfast/Lunch Waste Management | Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference. Assisting with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees to different programs, restrooms, exhibitor stations, etc. as well as monitoring waste disposal during and after meals as needed.

- Room Monitor for Plenary & Breakout Sessions | Monitor the session door and answer basic questions about the event. Display time warning cards for speakers, take room counts, run the mic for the Q&A session as well as maintain the drinking water station and assist the stage manager as needed.
