Wyoming Department of Health

In 2013, Wyoming lawmakers passed a law which requires the Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) to study what is called “managed care” or “coordinated care” for the Medicaid program. Managed care or coordinated care means that your doctors and other health care providers will work together to help you get the health care you need when you need it and in the right way. The goal is to have the same or better quality care at a lower cost. WDH has hired Health Management Associates to do the study. As part of this study, Health Management Associates is asking people who have Medicaid what they think.

Thank you for taking the time to answer questions about Wyoming Medicaid. You do not need to put your name or contact information on the survey. That means no one will even know you answered the questions. If you have questions about this survey, please e-mail Michealle Gady at mgady@healthmanagement.com.
