Project Description of West Lake Sammamish Parkway Phase 1

 
The City of Bellevue recently completed major capital improvements along West Lake Sammamish Parkway near your neighborhood or place of business:

- Added a new paved four-foot shoulder on the east side of the roadway

- Added a multi-use path for pedestrians and bicyclists on the west side of the roadway, with landscaped buffers in certain areas

- Upgraded sidewalk and curb ramps at SE 34th Street, SE 38th Street, and SE 40th Street to make them more accessible for people with disabilities

- Added pedestrian crossings near SE 38th Street and SE 40th Place
