Risk of nonadherence to medications in Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Dr. Perera and the IBD team are conducting a study at the Medical College of Wisconsin in the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology entitled, “Identifying causes of increasing risks to nonadherence of Inflammatory Bowel Disease medications”.

This study is looking at people who have inflammatory bowel disease (IBD [Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis]) and have been on an IBD treatment for 6 months or more and have had a colonoscopy performed after the start of the treatment.

If you are interested in participating please complete the survey by clicking through to the next page. The survey should take you approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. After the initial collection of information from your survey we may look back at your information for up to three years if we determine during data analysis that more information is required. Participation in this study is anonymous and no identifying information will be collected from you. Participation in this study is voluntary and will not affect your medical care.
