To help individuals find rides, the Greater Franklin County Regional Coordinating Council is compiling an inventory of transportation services available in the region. If your organization provides or contracts for transportation, please fill out this survey so we can help spread the word about your service and refer individuals who qualify.

The survey should take about 10 minutes to fill out. For a shorter version, fill out Questions 1 through 7 only. Then scroll to the bottom and hit "Done."

Recently, FRTA has been conducting outreach to get feedback on its bus routes. This survey is designed to complement that work by seeking out information on other transportation services operating in the region, such as transportation services for seniors, people with disabilities, veterans, or lower-income commuters.
