Have your say on the future of Waverley

The NSW State Government has released its 'Fit for the Future' program which requires most NSW councils to consider amalgamation options with neighbouring councils.

We are encouraging staff to provide feedback on their preferred options for the future of Waverley, based on information provided in Council's Future of Waverley Information Pack.

The options being considered are:

• Waverley Council remaining by itself
• Waverley becoming part of a 'global city' amalgamation called Sydney
• Waverley, Woollahra, Randwick and Botany councils amalgamating
• Waverley, Woollahra and Randwick councils amalgamating
• Waverley and Randwick councils amalgamating
• Waverley and Woollahra councils amalgamating

Your feedback will be incorporated into Council's submission to the State Government.
