TED Fellows Retreat, Initial Questionnaire

We hope you’re as excited as we are! We will use this survey to gauge demand for the retreat itself and for various activities. We also want to hear your ideas; after all, you’ll choose the tagline, design the logo, run the courses, lead activities and more.

Therefore, it’s very important that you take the time to fill this out carefully. It will not be your last time to give input or make choices, so don’t feel like you’re locking yourself in, except for your commitment to attend.
