Family Day Duval is an initiative to promote parental engagement as a simple effective way to reduce alcohol and drug use by teens and children and raise healthier young people. Family Day Duval emphasizes the importance of regular family activities in parent-child communications and encourages Duval families to make family dinners a regular feature of their lives.
 
Take The Pledge! to have a family meal on September 26th and you could win a gift certificate up to $35 from one of our participating restaurants. Fill out the following survey, hit "submit" at the end of the survey and you will be entered into the drawing. Winning families will be notified by phone (we must have a phone number to contact you). The gift cards will be presented at the September 26th Family Day Duval event to take place at the St. Johns Cathedral, 256 E. Church St. Jacksonville, FL from 10am to 2pm. You must be present to win. The deadline to enter is September 18, 2015.
