Hubbell Avenue "Follow-Up" Restriping Survey

Last August, the City of Des Moines restriped Hubbell Avenue between Easton Boulevard and E 33rd Street to a three-lane road (one lane in each direction and a left-turn lane) as part of a pilot project. Before it was restriped, a public survey was conducted to get citizen input.
