NUS: Tell Your Housing Story |
So many students live in housing that's poorly maintained, far from uni, unsafe, or expensive. Many students also live in housing which does not fall under the purview of residential tenancy authorities.
The National Union of Students wants to provide a safe, anonymous reporting mechanism for students to bring serious housing issues to light. We need to show the government and universities that housing is a serious and ongoing issue and that there need to be changes made to the student housing system.
Please tell us your housing story: whether it's about overcrowded housing, poorly maintained student housing, having to sacrifice going to class to pay rent, or any other issues with your housing situation. We particularly would like to hear about issues with university provided and "student"-targeted housing.
