Annually, the school system is required to conduct a Needs Assessment to help determine the use of its Title II-A monies for the upcoming year. II-A funds are used primarily to: (a) provide quality professional learning; (b) ensure highly effective, highly qualified staff; (c) support recruitment and retention of highly qualified staff; and (d) ensure equitable access for all students.
