In November 2013, Catholic Health Australia launched Pathways, an initiative to enable a collaborative approach to formation among CHA members. A key component of the Pathways initiative is to identify what future resources and programs are needed to enable today's and tomorrow's Catholic health and aged care leaders to be engaged in formation activities that strengthen confidence to lead Church ministries. To this end, CHA Pathways Taskforce has developed a project priorities matrix to inform work on development of future programs. Prior to commencing this work, the Pathways Taskforce seeks your organisation's view on if the intended priorities reflect your current and future needs.
One person should be nominated from within each CHA member organisation to respond to this short survey that details the Taskforce's work plan and invites further comment. In seeking an organisational response, you are invited to discuss the survey and the intended work of the Taskforce with trustee, board and senior executive colleagues, in the hope of providing a response by March 1.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Should you have any questions about the survey, please email Susan Sullivan at susans@cha.org.au.
