FFSD Superintendent Position Qualification Survey

Selecting the right Superintendent for the FFSD is critical to the success of the District. This Board believes it is important to obtain input from the FFSD Community as a part of that process.

Therefore, we have engaged our strategic planning firm, Experience-on-Demand, to administer a short survey to help identify and prioritize the qualifications and criteria for our new Superintendent. Individual results of this survey will be kept confidential and will be summarized in an executive report.

Please complete this survey. For those who do not have access to the Internet survey, a paper copy will be made available that can be mailed or returned to the FFSD Administration Office. Please tell your friends and neighbors about this survey so that we also can receive their input.

FFSD is a great place to live and raise a family, and we want to continue to provide the best education possible for all of our students. We are confident that we will attract the best candidates from across the State and the Country. The District’s goal is to find the absolute best candidate available to fill the Superintendent position, and we welcome your participation in that process. We will keep you posted on our progress.
